After many months of searching for the right jeweler to make my custom ring, I landed on Joseph Jewelry despite them being on the other side of the country from me. I primarily worked with Bonnie, who was so attentive to my needs and made this process run so smoothly. She was always so prompt with her responses and didn't ever make me feel rushed. Overall, if I ever have a need to design any type of jewelry, I feel inclined to stick with Joseph Jewelry based on this experience and likewise if I have any friends in the market for custom jewelry this company will be my first recommendation.
