I worked with Joseph Jewelry for about a month designing, re-designing and having them make my fiance's engagement ring. They did an incredible job, and their price was very reasonable. They crafted a completely custom platinum, diamond and emerald ring for around $400 less than a local store wanted for a similar stock ring (without the accent emeralds or custom engraving that Joseph Jewelry added). Even though I had them re-design the ring twice before production, they did not complain at all and did not charge any extra for the time and work they had to do. I also liked that I did not have to haggle to get a reasonable price. Simply put, this is a company that takes pride in their work, uses reasonable upfront pricing, and above all, wants their customers to be satisfied with the resulting product. Also, it is the only custom jewelry manufacturer I've found that gives a lifetime limited warranty on manufacturing for their custom work. Even if you're not local, give Joseph Jewelry a try; I live far away and have never visited Joseph's shop, but they made me feel connected to the process by uploading photos every step of the way.
