The first time my fiance and I went into the store we actually met Joseph and mentioned we wanted to get our wedding bands there and possibly customize them. Joseph was very friendly and immediately took us on a tour through his entire store and answered all our questions. I was very impressed at how well the store was arranged and how attentive his staff was. He was not pushy at all as we were not ready to buy at that time. When we finally were ready we worked with Bonnie who was very friendly and professional. She was very patient with me and my fiance and answered all of our questions, never seemed annoyed with all the questions we had and different designs we wanted to use and helped guide us to our perfect designs. The final result is stunning and I will be proud to wear this band for the rest of my life. Joseph and his staff are wonderful at what they do and work tirelessly to answer all your questions and make sure your custom design is perfect and matches the exact vision you have and will work with you until you are happy with it even if you change your mind and want to try a different design .
