We had a wonderful experience with Joseph Jewelers. We chose to visit Joseph Jewelers because they offer certified conflict-free diamonds and because they were highly rated online. We went in with a budget, but without a clear idea of what style of diamond engagement ring would be best for me. Tony was very patient as I tried on numerous rings. There were many beautiful designs to choose from and it was a bit difficult to narrow it down, but I finally went with the one that gave me the greatest feeling of joy. It turns out that the one I chose was also my husband's favorite design. After I made my selection, Tony worked with us to modify the design to keep it in our budget. We also purchased wedding bands for both of us which echoed the design of my engagement ring. They were able to get our wedding bands to us in time for our elopement the next weekend. The engagement ring took about six weeks to be completed, which Tony let us know from the outset. It was worth the wait. I love my ring! We were impressed with our entire experience with Joseph Jewelers. They offer superior customer service and they have a beautiful boutique with many gorgeous original designs to choose from. They specialize in custom jewelry. We went with a partially customized engagement ring, but you could just as easily work with them to design a completely original piece. I'd be delighted to work with them again. We have other big purchases in our sights right now, so it will be awhile before we buy any more fine jewelry, but I really do hope to be able to shop with Joseph Jewelers again. They have a great team, and for the record (I hope my husband reads this), I really do love bling!
