It was created as part of a custom wedding set for a client from Madison, WI, and it perfectly matches the engagement ring. The client reached out to us online with a clear idea of what he wanted, and although he could never visit our Bellevue, WA showroom personally, he was able to finalize all details of the project through the online workroom we setup to manage his project. Band Design and Accent Diamonds
This band is narrow and flat on top, and it’s made of 14k yellow gold. It features a Euroshank design that results in two soft corners on the lower portion of the ring, and it’s contoured to precisely interlock with the companion engagement ring. This means that the band is straight most of the way up, but it curves quickly out and back in again at the top.
Two prong set diamonds are precisely placed along this sudden curve, with one close to the spot where it originates and another set a bit off to the side of the band as the curve begins to descend. This arrangement allows the accent diamonds to sit in the gaps between the wrapped ends of the engagement ring shank as they curve around the large diamond in the center, providing additional accents and a nice sense of completion.

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.

- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
