Band Design and Diamond Accents
This band is solid across the bottom with a slight dome on the top surface. It splits into two strands about half-way up each side, and these strands cross back and forth over each other all the way across the top of the ring. The pattern is tight, with only small open spaces showing between the strands, and there are five crossover points in all. Women’s Custom Wedding Bands
Lines of split prong set diamond accents begin at the same spot as the split, and these continue all the way across the top of the band as well. There are 48 diamonds in this design, combining for a total carat weight of 0.37. They match perfectly the setting style and size of the diamonds on the companion engagement ring, helping to create a truly stunning display when the two rings are worn together.
Matching Wedding Sets
Our original models had six crossover points, aligning the wider sections of the wedding band exactly with the wider sections on the engagement ring, which also has a criss-cross shank. After seeing a wax mold of this design alongside her engagement ring, however, the client requested that we adjust the crossover pattern so that the wider points on the wedding band could instead line up with the narrowest points on the engagement ring. Although we didn’t make these two rings at the same time, we were able to borrow the client’s existing engagement ring to use as a model when creating the wedding band. This helped us ensure a perfect alignment of the two rings, and we can do the same for you, whether we made your engagement ring originally or not.
