Whether you already have your engagement ring or you’d like to design your entire set with us, our team will ensure you come away with the perfect wedding set to commemorate your special day. We use high-quality CAD imaging software to lay out each piece of custom fine jewelry we design, and we’ll share these models with you through the online workroom we set up for your project. This allows you to make as many modifications as you’d like before anything is actually cast in metal, helping to ensure every detail is exactly the way you want it on the finished piece. Diamonds and Milgrain
There are 45 diamonds in this ring, and they’re all round and bright cut set. These run around the band in what’s considered an eternity pattern, which symbolizes the perfect union you’re coming together to form, as well as the never-ending nature of your love.
Taken together, the diamonds in this ring total 0.36 carats, and they’re lined with milgrain beading to create a nice, finished look. However, if you wanted to use larger stones, either to increase the total carat weight or to make the band larger, you could choose to increase the size of the diamonds used. This would necessarily decrease the number needed to go all the way around, and it could give the ring a more classical flair as well depending on how large you decided to go.
Customization Options
In addition to changing the size of the diamonds, there are other ways to put your personal mark on this piece. For instance, you could use a colored metal like yellow or rose gold to reinforce the vintage themes already present. You could also do away with the milgrain beading if you were interested in making the design more modern, or you could use a different type of gemstone mixed in with the diamonds to add contrast and something of personal significance. 3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
