Description
This lovely women's wedding ring features an organic design with leaves branching out at regular intervals all the way around the rose gold band. It was created for a client from Denver, CO, who reached out to us through our website to get the custom design process started. We had previously made a wedding set for him and his wife, and he wanted us to replicate another ring that she wore frequently with that set that had sentimental meaning for them.

In order to help us understand exactly what he was looking for, the client uploaded pictures of the existing ring to the online workroom we set up to manage his project. With those images to use as a reference, our CAD team was able to put together digital models of the new piece, and he quickly approved those so that we could begin production. Band Design
This band is made of 14k rose gold, and it consists of a narrow, vine-like centerpiece that continues all the way around. Delicate rose gold leaves branch off of it at regularly irregular intervals, creating a wonderful organic look that's complemented nicely by the warm tones of the metal. In order to make the piece structurally sound, we had to slightly thicken both the center vine section and the leaves compared to the original reference piece the client provided, and he was happy with the way we were able to achieve this while still keeping the basic layout of the piece intact. Customization Options
If you're interested in customizing this ring, you might start building on the organic overtones by adding some floral elements as well. For instance, you could use small, round bezel set diamonds as flowers interspersed among the leaves, or you could have some floral elements included in the metal portion of the ring. Alternately, you might decide you want to include some milgrain beading or custom hand engraving to add some texture and intricacy to the piece. Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.

Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
