14k Rose Gold Morganite Stud Earrings
Item #102644Earrings Description
Cushion Cut Morganites
The main focus of these earrings are the two morganites that sit on the front of each stud. These are cushion shaped and bezel set in 14k white gold. They’re designed to be worn with the rounded corners of the stones at the compass positions, adding a star-like quality to the set.
The specific technique used to cut these stones involves precise placement of the facets so that a checkerboard pattern is produced on the top surface of the morganites. This results in an alternating arrangement of dark and light spaces as the earrings are viewed from different angles, and it helps highlight the rich complexity and beauty of the stones as well.
Filigree and Milgrain
The bezel settings holding these gorgeous stones are lined with double rows of milgrain beading, which add an ornate quality to the design while also increasing the complexity of the contrast between the peachy-pink morganite and the silvery shine of the metal.
The milgrain continues onto the sides of the earrings as well, outlining the pattern of filigree that makes up the sides of the baskets protecting the backs of the stones. Larger decorative beads are also integrated into the filigree here, adding texture and helping to intensify the vintage overtones of the design. Earrings
Custom Fine Jewelry
If you’re interested in customizing this set, you may want to consider switching to round or oval stones to give the earrings a more classical feel. Alternately, you could go with a square princess cut for a more dramatic and modern look. Choosing a sapphire rather than morganite would give you more color options as well, and that’s worth considering if there is a particular shade or type of stone that holds special meaning for you.
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
