Description
These exquisite diamond huggies feature four round brilliant cut diamonds on each earring. The design was done for our client from Sammamish, WA as a birthday gift for his wife. Knowing what she had in mind for her earring style, our client communicated with us his partner's inclinations and got this pair of earrings bloom from their inspiration.

Diamond Hoops in a Huggie Style
There are 8 diamonds in this pair of earrings, and they combine to a total of 2.02 ctw. Huggie hoop earrings are usually small in size. They sit close to the earlobe and hug it just as their name implies. Popularity of little hoop earrings has increased since they tend to be more practical for daily wear thanks to their size.
The earrings featured above are designed according to our client's interest in a shared prong setting. In this case, the diamonds appearance and shine are maximized through less metal, thanks to the prongs that each diamond is sharing with its neighboring stone.
One row of diamond in each hoop required bigger diamonds, which leads to greater shimmer and a bolder look.

After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
