These gorgeous drop earrings feature cushion cut blue topaz prong set and surrounded by small diamond accents lined with milgrain beading. Topaz Centers
These earrings center on cushion cut blue topaz, the two of which total 2.5 carats combined. These are prong set and they’re positioned with their rounded corners at the compass positions. This gives the design a star-like quality, which is only enhanced by the lovely and delicate blue color of the stones.
Diamond and Milgrain Accents
Ornate frames surround the topaz centers of the earrings, and these are pave set with small round diamond accents, producing a glamorous sparkle. They also provide a nice contrast to the blue of the larger stones, and they taper to fill the space available within the organic-style sections of the frame.
All of the frame sections holding diamonds are lined with milgrain beading for some added vintage flair. The milgrain gives the set a nice, finished feel as well, although if you wanted to push the design in a more contemporary direction, you may want to consider doing without it. Earrings

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
