Custom Diamond Studs With Two-tone Diamond Hoops
Item #104211Earrings Description
Stud Design
The studs in this set are made from 14k white gold with black rhodium plating. This gives the metal a deeper silver color, which creates a striking contrast with the brilliant white sparkle of the diamonds that are set in it. In each earring, there is one baguette cut diamond and one round diamond, both of which are bezel set side by side. This stud can be worn with the baguette and the diamond on the bottom, or it can be turned so that the baguette is vertical, with the round diamond sitting next to it.
Hoops and Diamonds
The hoops that attach to these studs are made from 14k yellow gold, and they also feature several diamonds bezel set in black rhodium plated white gold inserted at various points along their curves. Each hoop holds three round diamonds and one princess cut, with the princess cut rotated so that its corners align with the compass positions. The princess cut also sits at the very bottom of the hoop, so that it’s directly below the stud when worn. Earrings
The hoops feature a small hole at the top that can slide on and off of the stud. This creates amazing versatility within the set, as it allows the studs to be worn on their own, with the hoops in front of the earlobe, and with the hoops in back of the earlobe.
Customization Options
Customizing a set like this could involve using a different color metal for the hoops, with rose gold and white gold both excellent options. You may also want to consider using standard rhodium plating on the white gold to bring more of a classical feel to the set, or you could experiment with different sizes, shapes or combinations of diamonds in the various locations throughout the earrings.
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
