Custom Tanzanite And Diamond Earrings
Item #104182Earrings Description
Tanzanite Centers
At the heart of each earring in this set is a large trillion cut tanzanite, and the two stones together total 2.30 carats. They’re each held in place by a modified bezel setting which wraps around one top corner before continuing down along the adjacent side.
At the bottom corner, the main strand that had been part of the bezel setting breaks off, and a smaller piece travels up the next side, ending just below the top corner. In the middle of that side, a single prong reaches around to secure the stone, and that leaves most of the side of the tanzanite open to let in light and to highlight is gorgeous cut. Earrings
Earring Design and Diamond Accents
The main bezel setting strands continue down below the tanzanite in each earring, following a twisting path that gives the set a somewhat whimsical appearance and that also contrasts with the angular cut of the larger stones.
These strands are lined with small, round bright cut set diamonds as well, and that detail helps to highlight the movement of the strand while also providing a nice counterpoint to the rich blue of the tanzanites. Echoing this detail, a line of bright cut set round diamonds runs up the front of each finding, creating a connection with the main body of the earring and bringing a satisfying balance to the design.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
