Description
This stunning engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond prong set in white gold atop an eternity band set with alternating diamonds and sapphires. It was created for a client from Port Angeles, WA, and we also made two wedding bands to match. The client came to us with a good idea about what he wanted for his fiancee-to-be. We turned his inspiration into this elegant design, which he quickly approved to move into production. Design Your Own Engagement Ring

Center Diamond
At the top of this ring, a 0.70 carat round brilliant cut diamond sits in a four prong setting that rises dramatically up from the delicate eternity band below. The rounded prongs cradle it perfectly, allowing it to sparkle from every angle, and the slight cross-over in the lower portion of the main setting creates a lovely highlight which mirrors the shape of some of the accent settings on the band.
Diamond and Sapphire Accents
The band itself features round diamonds and blue sapphires in an alternating pattern all the way around. This is considered an eternity design because of the unbroken loop it forms, and that introduces overtones of unending love and a perfect union. The inspiration piece the client shared with us initially was an eternity wedding band, and he requested that we add the larger diamond in one of the positions to make it more like a classic engagement ring design. Sapphire Engagement Rings
There are 10 blue sapphires and 10 small white diamonds in this ring. The sapphires are tension set, while the diamonds are bright cut set, and this is what gives the band its scalloped shape. The diamonds are lined with milgrain beading as well, which is a feature that’s also included on the companion wedding bands.
Matching Wedding Sets
There are two wedding bands designed to go with this piece, and they’re to be worn with one on either side of it. The bands are identical, and they’re also eternity bands, although they only include bright cut set diamond all the way around.
This is just one option, however, and when you create your custom wedding set, our designers will help you select the perfect type of wedding band to go with your engagement ring design. No matter what style you’re after or what types of features you want to work into your piece, our team can show you examples and modify our CAD models until you’re sure the rings we propose to produce for you will make the perfect set to help celebrate your perfect day.

Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
