Center Diamond
The center diamond in this piece is a 0.90 carat round brilliant cut, and it’s prong set in 18k white gold. The classic prong setting holding it in place gives a clear view from all sides, and it also holds the diamond up, separating it from the band and cementing its place as the focal point of the piece. Criss-cross Shank
The prongs themselves actually arise out of the fronts of the band, which split off from the top portion just before reaching the top. These pieces cross over each other at the base of the center stone, and then continue up until they’re cradling the diamond on the side opposite their origin.
To complete the look, the top portion of the band rises to meet the side of the center diamond, narrowing to a point in the process. This subtle design detail gives the ring an understated grace and a charming elegance.
Diamond and Milgrain Accents
Both the top and fronts of the band are lined with round bright cut set diamond accents from the mid-way point all the way up to where they meet the main diamond. This adds a lovely sparkle to the ring, and it also helps to highlight the beautiful movement of the band design. All of these accent diamonds are framed with milgrain beading as well, further intensifying the classical themes of the piece.

After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
