Item #103139 $6,636 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
We successfully removed the diamonds, and after she selected the one she liked best, we built this design to the gem’s specifications. We also made her a set of matching wedding bands, and these are meant to be worn on either side of the engagement ring to frame it nicely, creating a symmetrical and classic look. Center Setting and Halo
The centerpiece of this ring is a 1.24 carat round brilliant cut diamond. It was one of three stones we removed from the client’s existing ring, and she selected it to fill the central role here. It’s complemented nicely by the use of small round diamonds in two concentric halos surrounding it, and these halos are slightly squared to bring a hint of art deco flair to the ring. Halo Engagement Rings
All of the diamonds in the halos are split prong set, which was one change the client made from her original inspiration piece. In that ring, the accent diamonds were French cut set, but this involves using more metal around the stones than the client wanted. We showed her examples of what each setting style would look like, and she decided to go with the split prong seen here.
Diamond Accents
Split prong set diamonds run down the shoulders of the shank as well, although these are considerably larger than the diamonds in the halo. They nearly match the width of the band, and they provide a nice point of connection between the main setting and the rest of the piece below. These accent diamonds also line up perfectly with the split prong set diamonds on the matching wedding bands for a truly dazzling display when the three rings are worn as a set.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
