It was created for a client from Kirkland, WA as part of a custom wedding set that also included another identical wedding band, as well as a matching engagement ring. The two wedding bands in this set are designed to go on either side of the engagement ring, framing it perfectly while adding a glamorous sparkle for a truly dazzling display. Split Prong Set Diamonds
The 15 diamonds in this ring are all round and split prong set. This type of setting is also used in the companion engagement ring, and the diamonds on each ring line up perfectly. The split prong setting adds a lovely vintage flair to the design, and it allows the sparkle of the diamonds to shine through from every angle.

One possibility for customizing this piece might be selecting a different colored metal such as rose or yellow gold to add some contrast to the design. Alternately, this could be accomplished by the use of colored gemstones like sapphires in place of some or all of the diamonds. Pink diamonds are another beautiful option, and they would add some romantic flair to the piece as well.
No matter what type of wedding set you choose, though, it’s a good idea to have all the rings made at the same time. This allows us to match gemstone color and placement perfectly, and it gives us the opportunity to ensure the rings will sit flush with each other when worn together.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
