This dazzling engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond double prong set in platinum, with three marquise shaped diamond accents on each side. It was created for a couple from Bellevue, WA, and they were so happy with the way it turned out that they came back to us for a matching wedding band.

Center Diamond
The centerpiece of this ring is a 2.01 carat round brilliant cut diamond. The platinum double prongs holding it in place rise straight up from the base of the cathedral shank, and the space between them on the ring fronts are filled with an inverted heart shape.
Platinum is an excellent choice for a ring like this, particularly due to the large size of the diamond. It’s an exceptionally strong yet lightweight metal, and it will hold up well to the rigors of everyday wear. Platinum also maintains its slivery shine without the need for periodic replating, as is necessary with white gold.
Marquise Diamond Accents
There are three marquise shaped diamonds on either side of the center stone, and these are all bezel set. They’re arranged with two closer to the top, seeming to cradle the sides of the main setting, while the third is in line with the rest of the band. The shape and placement of these accents gives them a vaguely floral quality, a touch which adds some organic overtones to the design. Custom Engagement Rings

A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.

Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
