Item #103356 $2,704 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Diamond Solitaire
At the top of this ring, a 1.22 carat round brilliant cut diamond is cradled in a four prong setting that rises smoothly up from the band below. The pieces that eventually become the prongs split off from the underside of the main band, crossing over each other on their way to meet the diamond on the opposite side from where they started. These graceful lines give the piece a delicate and elegant look, and openness of the setting allows for a clear view of the diamond from all sides. The top of the band also rises to meet the sides of the diamond, tapering as it does so and joining the center setting at a bar that runs between the two prongs on each side.
Customization Options
To customize a ring like this, you may want to start by selecting the type and size of center stone you’d like to have. The design can be modified to hold a wide range of different sized diamonds, and it can also accommodate princess cuts, oval, marquise, and cushion shaped stones, among others.
You could also explore some alternative gemstone options if you like the idea of a solitaire but want to add color to the piece. For instance, a pink diamond or pink sapphire could bring some romantic flair to the design, and sapphires are available in a wide range of other colors as well. Matching Wedding Sets

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
