This elegant engagement ring features a round blue sapphire, flanked on either side by a smaller round diamond, all atop a platinum shank with custom hand-engraved accents. It was created for a client from Woodinville, WA, and it can be modified in several different ways to make it match your personal style.

To begin the custom design process, you’re welcome to come visit our Bellevue, WA showroom personally. However, if distance or scheduling pressures make this challenging, we can complete custom design projects entirely online as well. Our team of experienced professionals will take your ideas and turn them into an original design that you can modify as much as necessary until you’re completely satisfied.
Three-stone Setting
At the top of this ring, a 2.58 carat round blue sapphire is prong set in platinum, and its rich, deep color contrasts wonderfully with the sparkling white of the metal. Adding to this, there are two round brilliant cut diamonds prong set on the sides of the sapphire, and these complete the three-stone setting. Three Stone Engagement Rings

Custom Hand Engraving
The classic choice of a three-stone setting for this ring is reinforced by the custom hand engraving that covers almost the entire shank below. This features an organic scroll pattern on top, with a complementary wheat pattern on both ring fronts, while a small section at the bottom is left blank for sizing purposes.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
