He began by using our Ring Builder feature to share the pieces he wanted to draw from in the creation of his ring. We combined the features he requested to develop a CAD model of his design that he then provided feedback on. Center Diamond and Halo
The diamond in the center of this ring is oval and 0.90 carats. It’s held in place by four rose gold prongs, which raise it up only high enough to allow the halo of shared prong set diamonds to tuck in underneath. The client wanted to ensure the diamond was as low as possible while still maintaining the prong setting, and this creates a great effect when the ring is viewed from the top down. Side Diamonds
On each side of the halo, a single round diamond is prong set up against the side of the main setting. These provide for an easy transition from the large center setting to the narrow band below, and they give a nice overall balance to the ring.

Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
