Description
This stunning engagement ring features three princess cut diamonds in the main setting, accented by pave set diamonds and custom hand-made filigree. It was created for a client from Renton, WA, who liked our original design 1420, but wanted to adjust it a bit to make it unique. We worked with him primarily in person in our Bellevue, WA showroom to make sure we knew exactly what he wanted and that the finished piece we produced for his fiancée was perfect in every way.

Three-stone Setting
The 0.92 carat princess cut diamond that forms the center of this ring is displayed beautifully in a four prong platinum setting. Smaller princess cut diamonds sit on either side of this dazzling stone, and these mirror the shape of the larger diamond while also easing the transition into the narrower rounded band.
Accent Stones
Pave set round diamonds extend down from the main setting to nearly the half-way point on the band. Using this type of setting minimizes the amount of metal that can be seen around the stones, helping to create a truly dazzling display. Their round shape contrasts subtly with the squared larger diamonds, and it helps bring a nice overall balance to the ring. Diamond Engagement Rings
Custom Filigree
The space below the two side diamonds in the main setting is filled with a swirling hand-made filigree, and a custom design covers the lower portion of the main stone on both ring fronts. This detail provides the perfect finishing touch for the ring, and it helps unify all of the various design elements.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
