Description
This stunning engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond prong set at the top, with a cabochon cut turquoise bezel set on each shank shoulder, as well as diamonds and custom hand-engraved accents on the tapered white gold band. It was created as a custom piece for a client from High Prairie, AB, who reached out to us online to share his inspiration piece along with the changes he was envisioning. Diamond and Turquoise
At the top of this ring, a round brilliant cut diamond is held in place by four white gold prongs. These arise out of the ends of the tapered shank, and they hold the diamond up in a prominent position while leaving the fronts of the ring open to provide a clear view of the stone. An intricate pattern of filigree sits between the two strands that rise up to form the prongs on each side of the center, and this ties in nicely with the pattern of hand engraving on the band below. Just beyond this filigree, two cabochon cut turquoise stones are bezel set, with one on each side of the center. The inspiration piece the client selected to customize, ring #103213, featured bezel set round pink sapphires on the shoulders, and his primary request when he began the project was to change these to turquoise, as that particular stone had special meaning for him and his partner.
Diamond Accents and Custom Hand Engraving
Below the turquoise on either side, three round diamonds are bright cut set, and these taper in size along with the band. The remainder of the ring, on both the top and fronts, is covered with a delicate wheat-style pattern of custom hand engraving. This adds to the vintage overtones of the design, while the lack of milgrain beading and the use of white gold hints at some contemporary themes as well.

Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.

Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
