Center Diamond
The centerpiece of this ring is a one carat round brilliant cut diamond, and it’s cradled delicately in a four prong platinum setting. The prongs originate below the shank shoulders, splitting off from the underside of the band and crossing over each other before curving up to meet the diamond. This small detail gives the ring a hint of classical elegance in an otherwise contemporary design, and it enhances the delicate intricacy of the piece as well. Unique Engagement Rings Seattle
Diamond Accents
The shoulders of the shank meet the center setting right in the middle of each side, and they’re covered with pave set diamond accents on both the top and fronts. The dazzling sparkle these accent diamonds produce adds dramatically to the glamorous look of the ring, and it helps to enhance the brilliance of the larger stone at the top as well.
These accent diamonds total 0.48 carats all together, and the use of the pave setting makes it seem as though the band itself were made from a strip of solid diamond. This type of setting minimizes the amount of metal that can be seen between the stones, and the fact that they’re set in white gold helps the metal blend into the background even more fully.

Customize
Use this design as a starting point for a custom piece.
Discuss the stones, metal, proportions, setting and finish with a designer, online or in our Seattle and Bellevue showrooms. You can bring reference photographs or your own stone for us to assess.
Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.
3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
