14k Yellow Gold Custom Diamond Halo Engagement Ring
Item #100098 $7,119 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Center Diamond and Halo
The diamond at the top of this ring is cushion shaped and brilliant cut, with facets placed in such a way as to maximize the amount of light reflected back out. It’s held in place by four platinum prongs, and these wrap gently around the rounded corners, helping to highlight the stone’s elegant shape.
Just outside of these prongs, a halo of round bright cut set diamonds wraps around the entire center setting, mirroring the shape of the diamond in the center with it’s own rounded corners. These diamonds are lined with milgrain beading, and this, along with the choice of the bright cut setting, helps enhance the ring’s vintage flair. Halo Engagement Rings
Diamond Accents and Milgrain
The bright cut set diamonds and milgrain also continue down onto the sides of the halo and even the shank shoulders. Two rows line the top of the band to the mid-point, tapering along with the shank as they move away from the center setting. Diamond Engagement Rings
Additional accent diamonds are found on both ring fronts, and they line the bridge piece that passes below the center setting on both sides. Just like the diamonds in the halo, these accents are framed by milgrain beading, and milgrain also lines the zig-zag pattern on the sides of the main basket. All together, 192 diamonds cover the top half of the band, helping to bring some dramatic flair to the design while also highlighting the beauty of the stone at the top.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
