14k Yellow Gold Custom Emerald Cut Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #101440 $4,498 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Three-stone Setting
Our client was particularly fond of the three-stone arrangement in this ring, which is made up of a large center emerald cut diamond flanked on either side by smaller diamonds that are also emerald cut. The center stone is 0.72 carats, and the two side diamonds sit slightly lower and tucked under it. The use of emerald cut for all three gives the piece a nice balance, as it contrasts with the curves of the criss-cross shank. Three Stone Engagement Rings
Accent Diamonds and Band Design
The band starts as a solid piece across the bottom, but just before the half-way point, it splits into two pieces that angle slightly out before coming back and crossing over each other. That pattern is repeated twice before the strands arrive at the main setting, and they are lined with bright cut set diamonds from the point where the split all the way up to the side stones of the center setting. In addition to the accent diamonds on the shank shoulders, there are also two black diamonds bezel set on the fronts of the ring. These tie in with the engagement ring we made previously for our client’s fiancée, which was a nice way for her to work in a symbolic link between the two pieces.
The black diamonds also serve as a nice anchor for the main setting, resting just inside the curvature of the prongs as they rise up to cradle the center stone. The rich black color contrasts beautifully with the brilliant whit of the diamond just above, adding another layer of depth to the piece. Design Your Own Engagement Ring

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
