We can complete projects entirely online, or you can come into our Bellevue, WA showroom to view some example rings and discuss your preferences with our knowledgeable staff. Either way, our custom design process is set up to ensure that you are completely happy with the ring we produce for you, and we’ll modify our models as many times as it takes to make sure every detail is perfect.
Marquise Solitaire
At the center of this ring sits a 0.33 carat marquise shaped diamond. It’s positioned lengthwise across the band, and the tension setting holding it in place arises naturally from the criss-cross design of the shank. Its shape is also the perfect complement to the cross-over pattern of the band, and the way the strands of the split shank come up to form the main setting frame the stone beautifully. Criss-cross Shank
The shank itself begins as a single piece at the bottom, but it quickly begins to widen, eventually splitting into two strands at about the three-quarter point. From here, the two strands diverge slightly before coming back in to cross over each other, a pattern that is repeated one more time before the transition to the main setting.
The lovely champagne color of the 14k unplated white gold that makes up the band contrasts nicely with the diamond, helping to highlight its brilliance. It also gives the ring a bit of classical flair, and the brushed finish creates a soft, matte surface to serve as a background for the single diamond at the top.
