Center Diamond
At the top of this ring, a one-carat round brilliant cut diamond is prong set in 18k white gold. The prongs emerge from the same point on the inner margin of the band, curling up around the stone and following its contours closely. Particularly on the fronts of the ring, the setting is completely open, providing a clear view of the diamond and ensuring plenty of light can reach the stone from all sides. Diamond Engagement Rings
Because this is the only diamond in the ring, it’s considered a solitaire design. That style has long been a popular choice for engagement rings, and its use here enhances the classical overtones of the piece. The choice of a round stone fits with this theme as well, although there are several other options you could consider including an oval or pear-shaped diamond if you prefer an alternative look. Custom Wedding Sets
We can always customize this ring for you on its own, but we can also work with you to design a matching wedding band at the same time. Working on the rings as a set can open up some options you may not have considered when thinking about one ring at a time. For instance, if you like the idea of a solitaire but also want to include the glamorous sparkle of accent stones, you might consider sticking with the solitaire for the engagement ring while adding the accents to the wedding band.

Customize
Use this design as a starting point for a custom piece.
Discuss the stones, metal, proportions, setting and finish with a designer, online or in our Seattle and Bellevue showrooms. You can bring reference photographs or your own stone for us to assess.
Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.
3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
