18k Rose Gold Custom Diamond Halo Engagement Ring
Item #103992 $3,960 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
The clients came to us with a good idea of the kind of ring they wanted, and we used the information they gave us to develop a set of digital CAD proofs that we shared with them through the online workroom we set up to manage their project. As the project progressed, we adjusted these models several times based on their feedback, and we grew wax models for them to view as well before giving their final approval to move things into production.
Center Setting and Milgrain
The centerpiece of this design is a one carat round brilliant cut diamond held in a six prong platinum setting. The prongs are evenly spaced around the stone, and they help give the setting a somewhat floral appearance. Lines of milgrain beading run between the prongs, adding some vintage flair as well as a more delicate look to the design. Diamond Engagement Rings
Split Prong Set Halo
Surrounding the main diamond is a halo of split prong set diamonds, the 24 of which combined total 0.15 carats. Our original models had these stones in bright cut settings, but the clients wanted a thinner, more delicate appearance, and so they decided to go with the split prong setting style instead. Halo Engagement Rings
The halo is in the shape of a hexagon, with its corners lined up with the prongs in the main setting. This places points at the top and bottom of the center stone, while a flat side is in line with the band on either side of the main setting.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.

I first went into Joseph Jewelry when I was checking out Main St and Bellevue, my new neighborhood. I had a bag full of tangled up necklaces and they actually untangled them for me, for free! A couple months later, my now-fiance and I were talking about getting married and I remembered the service I received at Joseph Jewelry. First off, I got to design my own engagement ring with Andrea, who is very patient and helpful! I knew right off the bat I didn't want something simple, and it took a couple of rounds of design meetings and emails to get the one I want, partially due to my indecisiveness. The designer communicated with my fiance via a portal they have which made it very easy to create the 3D design. They also made wax models so I could try on two designs. When I was proposed to, I was so in love with my ring! A couple months later, I got a call from Joseph Jewelry stating that they had accidentally made my ring in 14K gold when it should have been platinum (I had no idea), and they were able to get me a new ring within 1-2 weeks. Very great customer service if you ask me! We did also end up buying my wedding band at the store and I know that if there are any other future jewelry needs, we'll be stopping by there first. Btw, they do have retail parking that's behind the building.
