We took the inspiration pieces he provided, as well as information gathered during our conversation, and we used these to create CAD models of his unique design that we then shared with him through the online workroom we set up to manage his project. Moissanite Center
The largest gemstone in this ring is a pear-shaped Forever One moissanite that measures 9m by 6mm, and its prong-set in 14k rose gold. It extends out over the band of the ring farther on the pointed end than on the other, and this precise positioning was just what the client wanted in order to highlight the elegant shape of the stone and really allow it to dominate the design. Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band is composed of two strands that criss-cross back and forth over each other at regular intervals all the way around. This is just one of the elements that contribute to the organic look of the piece overall, as these strands resemble interwoven vines supporting the pear-shaped stone at the top. The floral effect is further enhanced by the small leaf shapes that are interspersed along the vines as they near the top of the ring. These each hold a single round bright cut set diamond, and the leaf margin of each is lined with milgrain beading for an added touch of vintage flair.
