This stunning engagement ring features a round pink sapphire set atop a white gold band, with a round diamond set on either side to complete the three-stone setting. It was created for a client from Bellevue, WA, and we’d be glad to help you create your own engagement ring. Three-stone Setting
The largest stone in this ring is a 1 carat round pink sapphire with a rich color that contrasts beautifully with the round diamonds tucked on either side of it. Their sparkle not only serves as the perfect counterpoint to the deep pink fire of the sapphire, but it also helps intensify the larger stone’s shine.
All of the gemstones in this three-stone arrangement are prong set in polished 14k white gold, and this gives the piece a bit of contemporary flair. It also contrasts with the stunning pink of the center sapphire, helping to intensify this stone’s beauty.
Hand-made Filigree
The fronts of the ring are covered with a delicate hand-made scroll filigree that loosely follows the contours of the stones and transitions gracefully into the prongs holding them in place. This is the type of detail that really sets our pieces apart, and because it’s hand-made by our expert artisans, it can be customized in a variety of ways so that it best reflects your personal style.

Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.
3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
Lifetime warranty and care

- Inspection every six monthsOur jewelers inspect your piece and provide ongoing care for the custom jewelry we make for you.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
