Round Diamond with a Hidden Halo
This artfully designed engagement ring features a 1.30 ctw round brilliant cut center diamond, set in 14k white gold. The center stone is securely held in place by four prongs, raised above a hidden halo of diamond melees.
If you’re a fan of halos, specifically the under halos, enjoy the trend because it’s here to last. Hidden halos are interpreted and designed differently. As their name implies, they are hidden under the main piece and add that extra awe effect to the ring. In this design, the diamond melees under the round diamond appear to bring together the prongs, as if they are stemming out of it. This diamond choker-like loop is the perfect little detail to spice up a vintage-inspired ring.
Hand Engraved Shank in a Cathedral Setting
The antique feel given by this design is accentuated by the intricate hand engraving and milgrain works applied to the shank. The swirls of diamond patterns along the band complements the organic ornamental engravings and the metal beads lining up the shank. The assortment of diamond melees of different sizes adds glitter and flair to this vintage piece.
The shank looks bold on details and extends elegantly towards the sides of the center stone. This cathedral setting infuses style to the ring through its arching lines on which the main diamond is lifted.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
Lifetime warranty and care

- Inspection every six monthsOur jewelers inspect your piece and provide ongoing care for the custom jewelry we make for you.
- Complimentary cleaningVisit us every six months for a complimentary cleaning.
Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
