Diamond Halo
The centerpiece of this ring is an oval diamond. It weighs around 1.21 carats. Four classic prongs hold the center diamond in place, and it is surrounded by a bright cut halo and framed by milgrain. Underneath the center stone and halo, the supports that hold the center to the ring also support tiny hidden diamonds and milgrain. Diamond Engagement Rings
Two-Tone Metal
The band of this ring is polished rose gold, while the head of the ring that holds all the diamonds is white gold. This adds a nice contrast between the head and band, and the white gold adds an extra crispness to the diamonds, whereas creating the design with a rose gold head would allow the diamonds to stand out more against the metal. Delicate and Modern
This design, while it does have milgrain, is definitively modern. Although milgrain is usually associated with vintage styles, the oval diamond shape, surprise diamonds, and two-tone metal make it modern and on trend. One of the reasons it appears so dainty is how the head sits squarely on the band, without a cathedral setting to support it. Everything about this design brings the focus to the center oval diamond, and the ring could be paired with a variety of flush-set diamond wedding bands.
There are many ways to customize this design. First, the center diamond can of course be changed in shape, size, or gemstone variety. Second, the metals can be chosen as a different two-tone combination, or as just one continual metal throughout the piece.

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
