Center Setting
The centerpiece of this ring is a one carat round brilliant cut diamond. It sits in a four prong setting made from 18k white gold, and these prongs rise nearly straight up from the base below. A narrow bar runs around the middle of the diamond in the gallery to provide structural stability, but the setting is otherwise open, and this ensures that plenty of light can reach the diamond to maximize its brilliance.
Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band is flat and straight along the bottom half, but in the middle of each side, it begins to taper down, eventually reaching a point right as it joins the side of the center setting. This produces a particularly delicate look when the ring is viewed from the top down, helping to enhance the overall elegance of the design. Conflict Free Diamonds
Starting at the mid-point on both sides, bright cut set diamond accents run up the bands, tapering as they go to fit in the space available. There are 20 diamonds in total, with a combined carat weight of 0.24, and the wonderful sparkle they add to the piece helps give it a truly glamorous flair.

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
