This lovely knife-edge solitaire features geometric angles and a simple four-prong design securing the round brilliant center stone. It was created for a client from Seattle, WA, who wanted a simple but geometric style. Design Your Own Engagement Ring
To start the custom design process, the client visited us in our Seattle showroom to view designs in person and discuss details. You are welcome to visit us in Seattle, WA, or Bellevue, WA, and we are always available by phone or online messaging. Once the process is started, you choose how you'd like to communicate with our designers, whether it be through your private online workroom, by text, or in person.
The only diamond on this ring is the center round brilliant cut diamond, making it a solitaire design. The client chose to leave the band section polished, allowing them to pair this engagement ring with a diamond eternity wedding ring. Solitaire Engagement Rings
Although this setting may initially look like an average solitaire, the industrial, geometric angles of this ring really set it apart. The polished band is a knife-edge. This means the outer sides of the band meet at a point that goes all the way around, like a straight mountain peak. Unique Engagement Rings
The four prongs that emerge at the top to hold the center round brilliant diamond in place are squared and maintain that square shape all the way up, ending with squared tips instead of claw prongs or rounded traditional prongs. These also are angled more sharply than most solitaires, solidifying the industrial look. This setting would work with any shape center stone, including princess cut and radiant cut.
