Description
This exquisite engagement ring features a three-stone setting, with a diamond in the middle flanked by smaller blue sapphires on either side. It was created for a client from Opelika, AL, who worked online with our design team until we had all of the details she wanted to incorporate exactly right.

Three-stone Setting
The cushion cut diamond at the center of this ring is prong set in platinum, and the openness of the setting really lets the diamond shine from all angles. On either side of this center stone are round blue sapphires with a rich, deep color that contrasts beautifully with the diamond’s brilliant white.
Diamonds and sapphires are both traditional choices for engagement rings, and their combination in this case helps to lend greater significance to the piece. While diamonds signify passionate love and unmatched beauty, sapphires are associated wisdom, purity, and loyalty, which are all wonderful ways to represent your relationship.
Accent Diamonds
The twisted shank of this ring is accented nicely with bright cut set diamonds tucked into the spaces created by the two intertwined strands. These diamonds add just enough sparkle to the ring without taking away from the beauty of the center setting. And they work well with the shape of the band to create a delicate, antique look. To round out this design, we added some custom filigree below the center setting. The shape of the filigree complements the shank pattern nicely, and it is just ornate enough to add to the classic look of the ring. After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.

Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
