Description
This stunning engagement ring features an oval diamond, flanked on either side by trillion cut diamonds, and all set in an rose gold band. It was created as an original design for a client from Seattle, WA, who came to us with a pretty clear idea of the kind of ring he wanted for his fiancee-to-be.

We took his inspiration piece, as well as the family stones he wanted to incorporate into the piece, and built this ring around those elements. He began the process by coming into our Bellevue, WA showroom, and he then coordinated the remainder of the project by communicating with our design team online.
Three-stone Setting
The center setting features three stones, with the main oval diamond set slightly higher than the two side trillion diamonds. These are all held securely in prong settings, which really help to show off the diamonds’ natural sparkle. They also contrast nicely with the warmth of the 14k rose gold band. All three of these stones were supplied by the client, as they were part of jewelry that had been passed down from his grandmother. By using these stones, he created a link to past generations and added personal significance to this piece at the same time.

Knife Shank
The shank design features a knife edge that runs all the way around the band and seamlessly integrates into the prong setting holding the trillion diamonds at the top. It’s covered with a beautiful custom engraving that our expert artisans completed by hand under a bench microscope as the last step in the production process. As a finishing touch, the engraving is lined with milgrain to help produce the kind of vintage look the client was going for.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
Lifetime warranty and care

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
