The center is cut into a heart shape and held in place by double claw prongs on one side and a larger, angular prong on the other. These complement the shape of the stone perfectly, and they also cover as little of it as possible, so that its natural beauty can shine through from all angles. Diamond Engagement Rings
Band Design and Accent Stones
The two pieces of the band are joined at the bottom, but they quickly split apart at about the three-quarter point. These pieces then gradually angle away from each other and rotate so that their top surfaces are facing out by the time they reach the center setting. This allows them to give the effect of passing in a continuous loop through the main setting and continuing on the other side.
From the bottom of the ring all the way up to about the half-way point, the band features flattened circles lined with milgrain. These then transition into bright cut set diamonds, and the milgrain continues up as well, helping to unify both portions of the shank. Design Your Own Engagement Ring
Heart-shaped Filigree
The section of the main setting holding the pointed end of the center gem is formed out of the top of a folded heart filigree. Additional filigree hearts appear on the other three sides of the main stone, and there is also one directly below it. These combine to make a powerful statement and complement the shape of the stone nicely.

Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
