Custom Diamond Halo Engagement Ring
Item #102542 $9,172 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Center Setting
At the center of this piece is a 1.51 carat diamond cut in an elongated cushion shape. It’s bezel set in platinum, and we used this type of setting because the client wanted to keep the center stone flush with the surrounding halo. Diamond Engagement Rings
This halo is made up of small round diamonds that are all bright cut set, and they’re trimmed with milgrain beading, which frames them perfectly. The use of milgrain along with the bezel setting reinforces the vintage style the client was after, and the sides of the halo are bright cut set with diamonds as well for a truly glamorous look.
Diamond and Milgrain Accents
Bright cut set diamond accents run down the tops of both bands that make up the body of the ring, with the milgrain detail here as well. These diamonds extend all the way to the three-quarter point, which was one of the changes the client requested after seeing our initial CAD models.
Interlocking Band Design
This ring is made up of two straight parallel bands that both intersect with the base of the center setting. They are positioned to accommodate a wedding band between them, and we designed this for the clients after the engagement ring was complete. Matching Wedding Sets
There are many ways you can adapt a design like this to match your own personal style, and our team is ready to work with you to help make your vision a reality. Whether you have a clear idea of what you’re after, as this couple did, or you would like to see some more examples of what our expert artisans are capable of, we have the combination of skills and experience to ensure you come away with a truly stunning piece.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
