We discussed his project at length in our Bellevue, WA showroom, and we then began developing a CAD model of the piece as we proposed to build it. He loved the models that we shared with him online, and so we grew him a wax so that he could be absolutely sure it was perfect before approving the design to move into production. Center Setting
A round brilliant cut diamond coming in at 0.35 carats is the centerpiece of this ring. It’s bezel set in 14k yellow gold, which keeps the profile of the ring low, and the edges of the bezel setting are also lined with milgrain beading for some vintage flair and a lovely finished feel. Tsavorite Halo
Surrounding this lovely diamond is a halo made up of specialty cut tsavorites, which are also bezel set and lined with milgrain. These sit just slightly below the center diamond, and their dazzling green color works well to highlight the brilliant white sparkle of the larger diamond above. Tsavorites were not commonly found in fine jewelry until recently, but their stunning color is quickly making them a popular option to accent many types of pieces. One of a Kind Engagement Rings
Thanks to their special cut, which was carried out specifically for this project, the tsavorites in this ring sit perfectly flush with each other in the bezel setting, creating the appearance of a solid ring of green around the center diamond. The rich green is also complemented nicely by the warmth of the yellow gold that makes up the rest of the ring, and the combination produces a beautiful art deco look that’s just what the client was after.

Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
