Custom Morganite And Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #102933 $3,802 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
The clients initially visited our Bellevue, WA showroom in person to begin the custom design process. There, they were able to view and try on some pieces in order to get a good feel for what they wanted. Once we’d developed CAD renderings of the design they decided to go with, we grew wax models for them to examine before giving final approval to move the project into production.
Center Morganite
At the center of this ring is a 2.76 carat cushion cut morganite. It has a lovely peach color, which is only enhanced by the warm tones of the 14k rose gold it’s set in. The four prongs cradling the large gem are triangular, serving to fill out the corners of the stone and give it a more squared appearance that’s in line with the vintage overtones of the rest of the design. Diamond Accents
Split prong set diamonds run down both shank shoulders, ending at the mid-point on the band. These are also present on the companion wedding bands, which are designed to be worn with one on either side of the engagement ring.
This alignment of the accent diamonds helps link the three rings visually, and it makes for a beautiful display when they’re worn together as a set. The diamonds also bring wonderful sparkle to the design, and the way they contrast with the morganite at the top helps highlight the latter’s beautiful color.
Custom Wedding Sets
The clients were initially unsure about how to get the look they wanted, so we actually created two models of their rings so they could compare their options. One set had wedding bands that curved out at the top slightly to accommodate the center setting. This contouring would have allowed them to sit flush with the engagement ring.
The other option was to have two straight bands, and that’s the design the clients ultimately went with. While the straight bands do leave a small gap visible between the wedding bands and engagement ring, they also make the rings look more dainty and delicate when they’re worn as a set, which was exactly what the clients were after.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
