Center Setting
At the top of this ring, a large oval hearts and arrows diamond is held in place by four talon prongs made of 18k rose gold. The pointed ends of these prongs curl around the stone, adding a subtle counterpoint to the elegant curves of the diamond and contrasting beautifully with its brilliant sparkle. A gallery rail runs between the prongs about half-way down the side as well, and this brings structural stability as well as a satisfying balance to the design. Engagement Rings Seattle
The hearts and arrows designation for the center diamond refers to the particular style of cut, which includes facets placed in such a way that they produce a distinctive pattern when viewed through a special scope. This pattern of hearts on one side and arrows on the other helps to intensify the romantic flair of the design and bring that much more meaning to an already significant piece. Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band itself is straight and narrow, with pave set diamonds lining it on both the top surface and the ring fronts. These diamonds also continue along the fronts of the lower portion of the center setting, which extends out to encircle the bottom portion of the prongs. The gallery rail is pave set with diamonds as well, and this creates a nice connection between the center setting and the delicate band below.

Customize
Use this design as a starting point for a custom piece.
Discuss the stones, metal, proportions, setting and finish with a designer, online or in our Seattle and Bellevue showrooms. You can bring reference photographs or your own stone for us to assess.
Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.

After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
