We worked with her closely online to clarify her vision and share CAD models of her piece with her. After seeing the initial renderings, she was in love with the design and quickly gave her approval for us to move into production. Design Your Own Engagement Ring
Three-stone Setting
The centerpiece of this ring is a 0.50 carat marquise shaped diamond, and it’s prong set in 14k rose gold at about a 45 degree angle from the main line of the band. The rose gold creates a lovely contrast with the brilliant white sparkle of the diamond, and the angled placement sets the tone for the other lines of the piece.
On either side of the center, a round brilliant cut diamond is also set in rose gold prongs. These complete the three-stone arrangement the client wanted, and their placement, with one nearer the top of the marquise and the other near the bottom works perfectly with the angle of the center to balance out the main setting.
Band Design and Accent Diamonds
The 14k white gold band is flat and straight most of the way around, but it begins to curve close to the top, allowing each shank shoulder to wrap around one side of the main setting. These wrapped pieces are also bright cut set with a line of accent diamonds, and these taper in size slightly as the band itself narrows close to the top.
The client had initially requested palladium as the primary metal for her ring, but after deciding to go with the two-tone look, she took our suggestion to use palladium white gold instead. This option gave her the brilliant white color of the palladium, but allowed us to keep the price of the ring down and give her a seamless, unified look. Rose Gold Engagement Rings

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
