We took the information he provided us about his style and gemstone preferences, as well as his desired budget, and we used this to develop a unique design that we then shared with him in the form of CAD proofs. He quickly approved these, and so we moved his project into production. Design Your Own Engagement Ring
Three-stone Setting
At the top of this ring, a one carat princess cut moissanite sits in a four prong white gold setting that arises from an intertwined trellis below. The princess cut blue sapphires that sit on either side of this center stone are also incorporated into the trellis setting, and they balance out the larger moissanite nicely. The sapphires total 1.19 carats combined, giving them proportions that allow them to sit just inside the prongs of the main setting. Their rich blue color also brings a lovely contrast to the piece, which helps the brilliant white of the moissanite stand out that much more. Three Stone Engagement Rings
Matching Wedding Sets
When we were designing this ring, the client also inquired about having a matching wedding band made. Designing the both rings in the set at the same time like this allowed us to ensure they would line up perfectly when worn together, and it also let him see exactly how different aspects of each ring design impacted the aesthetics of the set as a whole, allowing him to make a more informed decision. Blue Sapphire Engagement Rings
Whether you’re ready to make both rings at once or you’re only interested in an engagement ring at the moment, it’s important to keep this relationship in mind. Thinking about the style of band you’d ultimately like to have to complete the set can help to ensure we make an engagement ring that’s compatible with that style, and that will only improve your satisfaction with the process in the end.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
