Description
This unique men’s ring features a specialty cut green tourmaline bezel set in sterling silver with contrasting finishes on the band. It was created for a client from Pearl City, HI, who already had the center stone and wanted us to design the perfect ring to display it. We worked closely with him online to ensure that every detail was exactly right before we put the ring into production, and he was completely satisfied with the result.

Green Tourmaline
The green tourmaline at the center of this ring is specialty cut in a shield shape, and it has a lovely sea foam color. The bezel setting holds the stone securely while accentuating its unique shape to make for a bold, modern look. And the lovely green color of the stone is only intensified by the contrast with the polished silver surrounding it.
Band Features and Finish
The band itself has a brushed finish in the middle and polished rails along each edge. There is also a groove separating these sections to help highlight the contrasting finishes, and that groove is continued nearly all the way around the main setting. Coupled with the notch on either side of the center, this makes the stone stand out even more.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
