London Blue Topaz And Diamond Fashion Ring
Item #105418Fashion Ring Description
You may choose to customize this design on its own, or you can create a unique set by personalizing a matching pair of earrings based on either these drop-style earrings or stud earrings. Regardless of the direction you choose to go with your custom design project, however, our experts will work closely with you every step of the way to ensure that you're completely satisfied with the pieces we ultimately produce for you.
Center Topaz and Diamond Halo
The largest gemstone in this ring is a 2.70 carat emerald cut London blue topaz, and it's bezel set in 14k yellow gold. The setting frames the stone perfectly, and that effect is enhanced by the contoured halo of split prong set small round diamonds that encircles that main setting. These diamonds add an additional layer of contrast with both the rich blue of the larger stone and the warm tones of the metal, and the use of the split prong setting style contributes to the vintage overtones of the piece as well.
Filigree Basket
Below the center setting and halo, a delicate filigree basket encloses the lower portion of the stone, allowing plenty of light to reach it from below while still adding some lovely detail to the design. This can be customized as well, within the limitations of the available space, to include a symbol or design with special significance for you. Options along these lines include a heart shape or an initial, among others. Fashion Rings
Diamond Accents
As a finishing touch, split prong set diamonds run down the shoulders of the cathedral shank. There are six diamonds on each side of the center, and they add an extra bit of glamorous flair to the piece while also tying in nicely with the diamonds in the halo.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
