14K Gold And 18k Rose Gold Custom Two-tone Men's Band
Item #103225 $5,747Men's Wedding Band Description
Although men’s and women’s wedding rings are generally quite different in terms of style, there are many ways to subtly integrate shared features into both parts of a set, and that’s what we were able to do for these clients. They began the custom design process by visiting our Bellevue, WA showroom personally, and they finalized the details of their set through the online workroom we established to manage their project. Band Design
The main portion of this band is made from palladium, and it’s 6mm wide. A thin line of 14k rose gold is inlaid off to one side, adding its soft warmth to the design while also creating a connection to the women’s ring that makes up the rest of the set. Her piece is made entirely of rose gold, and while the client preferred the overall look of palladium, he chose to use the rose gold accent as a special feature to represent the connection between them.
The placement of the inlay off to one side gives the ring a nice balance, although this is something you may want to adjust if you decide to customize this piece. For instance, you may want to put the rose gold right down the middle for a more symmetrical look, or you may want to make the separation between the main portion of the band an the inlay more clear by integrating narrow grooves to offset them.
Contrasting Finishes
The entire top of this band is brushed, and this gives the piece a softer matte surface. Because both types of metal receive the same finish, the contrast between them is more muted than it might otherwise have been. However, just like the women’s ring that completes the set, this piece features a polished finish on the ring fronts to create a subtle contrast. Men’s Custom Wedding Bands
Although the positions of brushed and polished finishes on the two rings are reversed, it still forms a very real connection between the pieces, allowing them to be as individual as their wearers and still linked.

Joseph Jewelry
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
