This unique men’s wedding band features a concave design with a woven pattern engraved into it and a sandblasted finish. It was created as a custom order for a client from Plano, TX who needed it on short notice to have in time for his wedding. Thanks to efficient communication through our online workroom, we were able to confirm the details and turn it around quickly enough to get it to him with time to spare.

Concave Design
The outer surface of this ring angles in from both edges in a way that complements the woven pattern of the engraving nicely. It also adds another layer of complexity to this subtle design, and it gives a bit of an organic feel to the piece to contrast with the cool silver color of the platinum.
Metal and Finish Options
Even with a design like this, there are plenty of ways to customize it to make it better suit your personal style. For instance, choosing to go with a warmer rose or yellow gold rather than platinum would give the ring a more classical or vintage look.

Design and estimate

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
