Diamonds and Sapphires
There are 10 blue sapphires in this ring, and they're all princess cut, weighing a combined 0.86 carats. The two diamonds that sit inline with the sapphires are trillion cut, and both diamonds and sapphires are bezel set in platinum.
The specific arrangement of the larger gemstones in the center is meant to reflect a complete decade of the rosary, with the sapphires representing Hail Marys and the diamonds representing the Our Father and Glory Be prayers. Men’s Custom Rings
Band Design and Diamond Accents
The center section that holds the larger diamonds and sapphires is built to rotate around the base, allowing the wearer to keep track of the prayers as they go. This mechanism was specifically requested by the client, and it locks in place at 11 stations, with the two diamonds occupying the same one.
The base ring extends on either side of the center portion, creating narrow rails that are lined with bright cut set diamonds all the way around on both sides. These frame the middle beautifully, creating a truly elegant look and a lovely sparkle that provides a wonderful complement to the larger stones in the center.
