Flush Set Diamonds
There are five diamonds in this ring, and they’re all princess cut and flush set across the top of the band. They total 0.50 carats combined and they’re spread slightly apart so that the line of steel that’s inlaid into the band shows through between them. The brilliant sparkle of the diamonds is highlighted by the darker color of the steel, as well as the slightly muted brushed surface of the platinum that makes up the rest of the band, while the fact that they take up only about one third of the width of the ring keeps them from dominating the design.
Steel Inlay
The steel inlay runs along the middle of the band across the top as well, starting just before the first diamond on one side and ending just past the last diamond on the other. It was included at the client’s request, and it was made from a screw that he brought in that held special meaning for the couple. This was a way for them to integrate an item of personal significance while also contributing to the uniqueness of the design. Men’s Custom Wedding Bands
Finish and Metal Options
This band is 8mm wide and made of platinum. It’s straight and flat, and the brushed finish that covers both the top and fronts gives it a slightly darker hue and a soft matte surface. This contrasts nicely with the dark steel inlay as well as the brilliant white of the diamonds, helping to achieve a satisfying balance between the diverse elements that make up this piece.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.

- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
